Sugar Free Bounty Bars

Coconut Bars

200 g Shredded coconut unsweetened 
10 drops of Coconut flavoring 
4 Tbsp of granulated sweetener of Choice 
4 tbsp of coconut cream
6 tbsp of coconut oil melted
1. Mix all ingredients well together. 
2. Spoon into a square dish lined with parchment paper and place in freezer. Let cool for 1 hour. 
3.  Remove from freezer and cut into mini bar size. 

Chocolate coating 
100 g coconut oil melted
6 tbsp of powder sugar from Swerve. 
45 g cocoa powder unsweetened 
5 drops of vanilla 

Or easier is to use Lily's chocolate with some coconut oil and melted all together.
(what we used above) 
1. Mix all ingredients together. 
2. Slowly dip each frozen bar into Chocolate and place on a lined baking tray. 
3. Once dry, flip it upside down and dip it a second time to get all sides and bottom. Make sure you get a thick coating on. 
4. Let dry and enjoy!
